The project presented by MODO to Pego social centre examined the pre-existing Day care center, nursery and kindgarten in its functioning and focused the intervention in the resident community.

After rethinking the health care infrastructure, the main concern was to optimize the experience of the daily living inhabitants, whose routine is performed mainly inside the building.

The architectural program was based on a solution promoting relationships between the people and balancing the private and public areas of the centre.

Community and Private life were re-interpreted.
