The IPT’s need of net infrastructure and data storage reinforcement led to the construction of a monolithic building with a quadrangular base.

The structure has a high technical specificity. The “storage box” reveals the capacity of the new Data Centre as a container of information for several regional entities, companies and institutions.

The formal response in its interior is expressed by a “Black Box” that optimises the infrastructure created in the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar.
