An old industrial pavilion was the starting point for the Inov.Point. The new infrastructure became an incubation and development centre for innovation and technology start ups.

The Inov.Point is the result of a design that represents a solid device, imposing respect, interest and curiosity in a very gentle way.

This was supported by its intention of being an invitation to knowledge and innovation.

Therefore, the building is seen as a large unpolished block with a rough exterior, and a connected transparent interior.

The pre-existing building was reinvented in order to activate a new dynamic that has become a reference in the Tagus Valley Technology Park.
