An old storage space and outside porch now houses a container that is the meeting point and reception centre of Quinta do Casal da Coelheira.

The building was enlarged by using a metallic box the establishes a dialogue with the pre-existing space and recreates the storage area.

This maximises the space and its function and minimises distribution paths.

The interior of the container keeps the values  of tradition and innovation of Casal da Coelheira Winery.

These values are reinforced by the new Lounge that is now a reference point and an important contributor to the identity and brand of the region.

Finishings and details provided good opportunities for the use of stone, wood and metals, traditionally associated with an activity that has a long tradition in this area.
